We accept all incoming mail in the name of your company and forward scanned copies every 2 weeks.

German Office Address in Aachen (Nordrhine-Westfalen) close to Belgium and the Netherlands with post reception in the name of your company. We open your letters and send scanned copies by Email.

If we receive post we have to forward to you we will charge a forwarding fee for postage of German Post.

Monthly rate: EUR 35

If necessary we can provide a German landline with area code from Aachen. This has to be ordered separately. The number can be administrated by Voip and Call Diversion.

Instead of asking for a deposit we charge you 3 months for quarterly payments. If you order today the service will be active immediately while the payment term starts with the next month.
